Dan Gilbert’s TED talk gives us a great framework for seeking and finding happiness.

As of this writing, this TED talk has only been seen by 8.5 million people since 2004.  I say only because while that’s a big number, it’s a small percentage of the 7 billion or so people on this earth. I would like more folks to know how to achieve happiness.

Enjoy your day, and your life.
